Bedtime Favorite!

I found a new love in this Vaseline body gel oil because it smells really good, the consistency is very thick and mainly for the fact it moisturizes long term! I have been loving putting this on once out the shower and it leaves my body feeling hydrated long after it's soaked in. Usually I use baby oil or cocoa butter when I get out the shower but I find with the baby oil that my skin absorbs the oil extremely fast then my skin is dry within the next hour and the cocoa butter is pretty good but it's the same thing with my skin absorbing the cocoa butter then my skin being dry soon after. I have used lotion but I find if I put it on the night before when I wake up I'm sticky and it leaves my body feeling clammy. This item is comparable to the Johnson Johnson Baby Oil Gel that normally retails between $3 and $4. I purchased this Vaseline body gel oil from my local Target for $5.34 (before tax) but they have a dupe from the Target brand Up + Up for $3.74 (before tax) that I'm sure works just as good.

Suave To The Rescue

In a recent trip to Target I was looking for a new shampoo and new conditioner when I came across Suave Professionals line. I remembered that Suave had redesigned their formula of hair products to be equivalent to more high end brands so I decided to try some for myself. The kind I got is Suave Professionals Natural Line Almond + Shea Butter Moisturizing for Dry Damaged Hair. On the bottle it reads: Salon Proven to work as well as Aveda Moisturizing products. I think this shampoo and conditioner worked fairly well on my hair. I have curly course hair that gets dry very easily so I look for lightweight formulas in all hair products that don't weigh my curls down and Suave did just that! Normally a bottle of store bought shampoo cost between $2.99 & can go up as high as $12.99 or even higher if salon products are sold in department stores but I bought both of these products from my local Target in a set for a total of $3.89 (before tax). I am satisfied with Suave's improved line of hair products and look forward to purchasing more.

Cotton.com

Cotton On SALE!!!!!! Right now Cotton On is having a sale on their clothes and shoes as we transition into Fall. All the items above were under $20 (at the time of purchase) and are right on trend for the new season. Starting from the right with the shoes, last month I purchased in store black knee-length riding boots that have a zipper along the side of the boot, with a beige/natural colored sole, and round toe ($10; $10.98 w/tax).  Next online I purchased ankle-length combat boots in the right top corner that have black laces, natural colored soles, with a round toe, and a zipper along the ankle ($5, $6 shipping). This past week online I ordered the remaining three items: the round toed flats w/ gold studs ($7.50), panther growling tank top ($5), and studs ($2; $6 shipping). Cotton On is a budget friendly store because they constantly have a sale on their merchandise, shoes and accessories included. In store tax is pretty low and online shipping is a flat rate of $6 which is reasonable enough considering the discounted clothes. Visit your nearest Cotton On in store or online to get your hands on some of these goodies before they're sold out!
